1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of RakizFx services, websites, trading platforms, and applications. By registering an account or accessing any RakizFx service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- RakizFx -the trade name of Rakiz Capital Ltd, the company providing the services.
- Client -any individual or entity accessing RakizFx services.
- Services -trading, account management, market information, and related functions provided by RakizFx.
- Platform -the MetaTrader 5 trading environment, RakizFx web portal, and mobile applications.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements in their jurisdiction. RakizFx reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be established.
4. Account Registration
Clients must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep such information up to date. Multiple accounts under the same beneficial owner without prior approval are not permitted.
5. Services Offered
RakizFx provides access to over-the-counter contracts for difference (CFDs) on instruments including forex pairs, metals, indices, energies, cryptocurrencies and shares. Execution is routed via tier-1 liquidity providers under a market-execution model.
6. Client Obligations
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Notify RakizFx immediately of any unauthorized account access.
- Provide accurate verification documents when requested.
- Comply with applicable tax obligations in the client’s jurisdiction.
7. Trading Conditions
Spreads, swap rates, margin requirements and leverage are published on the platform and may be amended without prior notice in response to market conditions. All orders are executed at the best available price, with no requotes and no dealing-desk intervention.
8. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are governed by the Withdrawal & Refund Policy. Funds may only be transferred between accounts in the client’s own name; third-party transfers are not accepted.
9. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading leveraged derivative products carries a high level of risk. The Client acknowledges that losses may exceed deposited capital where negative balance protection does not apply, and confirms that trading is conducted at their own risk and judgement.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, platform technology, and proprietary materials are the property of RakizFx or its licensors. No reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is permitted without express written consent.
11. Suspension and Termination
RakizFx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the Client breaches these Terms, engages in market abuse or fraud, fails to complete verification, or where required by law. Funds held in a suspended account will be returned subject to verification and applicable holds.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RakizFx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to platform interruptions, market volatility, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
13. Amendments
RakizFx may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions become binding upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the Services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saint Lucia, save where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
