Same-name only
Deposits and withdrawals must be made in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are returned to source and may incur reversal fees.
Withdrawal routing
Withdrawals are routed back to the original method, up to the deposited amount per method. Profits in excess can be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
Verification
Full KYC verification must be complete before first withdrawal. Documents are reviewed within 1 business day, usually under 30 minutes.
Currency conversion
Live mid-market FX is applied to non-base-currency transfers, with a 0.5% conversion spread. Open multiple sub-accounts in different base currencies to avoid recurring conversion.
Tax statements
Annual profit & loss, swap and commission statements are available in your Client Area in PDF and CSV formats.
Dormancy
Accounts with no trading activity for 12 consecutive months incur a $10/month inactivity fee, charged from free balance only.
